Join Plague Mask Players & Modus Martial Arts for a fun way to boost your resume and get your body moving! We will be focusing on knife stage combat skills. All levels are welcome! Did we mention the fight is West Side Story themed?

What We’ll Cover:

⁃ A two-person sequence teaching the basics of knife versus knife fighting

⁃ Drills & movements to help participants create their own sequences, as well as the best “angles of attack” to create a scene that looks dangerous and captivating for the audience but safe for the performers

⁃ How to create a knife throwing/catching illusion for stage or film (Remember that EPIC knife catch Captain America does?!)

This class will culminate in a partner knife scene (both partners get to do knife work!) that we will film and provide you with for free for your reel or for you to just enjoy.
